Effect of ML246 on growth of ovarian cancer PDX tumors grafted subcutaneously The OVCA4P PDX line from the third passage was implanted subcutaneously on the right and left flanks of the mice and allowed to grow for 3 weeks after which time mice were treated with Vehicle or 15 mg/kg ML246 for 5 weeks (Monday-Friday treatment schedule). Tumor growth was measured with digital calipers weekly. a Tumors at the end of the 5 week treatment are shown and b and c mean + SEM of tumor volumes in vehicle and ML246 treated mice are shown. d Body weights were measured weekly to monitor toxicity of the treatments
